Use of Reaixo

By accessing or using the Reaixo website, AI tools, or paid digital property analyses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Reaixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission from Reaixo.

AI-Generated Information

Reaixo uses artificial intelligence to generate property insights, estimates, recommendations, reports, content, and marketing ideas. These outputs are informational only and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, appraisal, inspection, or professional real estate advice.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Reaixo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Property Analysis Disclaimer

Property analysis features on Reaixo may provide estimated values, rental income projections, renovation cost estimates, ROI projections, neighborhood insights, and investment risk assessments. These are estimates based on available data and AI modeling and may differ from actual market conditions, appraisals, or professional assessments.

Users should verify property, market, financial, legal, zoning, tax, HOA, insurance, and investment information with qualified professionals before making any decisions.

Paid Analyses, Delivery and Refunds

Reaixo's property analyses are available as one-time digital purchases — no subscription required, and each analysis is ordered and paid for individually. Reaixo also offers optional monthly subscription plans (see "Monthly Subscription Plans" below) for users who order reports regularly; a subscription is never required to purchase a report.

Reaixo offers three one-time analysis plans:

• Essential Property Analysis ($19) — one AI-assisted analysis covering key findings, property score, and personalized recommendations for your goal.
• Property Decision Analysis ($49) — multiple related AI-assisted analyses in one package, including a combined decision summary, scenario analysis, comparable property data, and risk assessment.
• Professional Property Analysis ($99) — everything in the Property Decision Analysis, plus multiple financial scenarios, long-term projections, expanded comparable analysis, and a presentation-quality PDF.

Completed analyses are made available in your Reaixo account, viewable online, with a downloadable PDF included. You will receive an email when your analysis is ready.

Because each analysis is custom-prepared for a specific property, Reaixo does not offer refunds once an analysis has been delivered. Review any available sample reports before ordering.

Monthly Subscription Plans

Reaixo offers three optional monthly subscription plans — Reaixo Plus ($29/month, up to 2 reports), Reaixo Pro ($79/month, up to 5 reports), and Reaixo Investor ($149/month, up to 10 reports) — billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. No plan includes unlimited reports; each plan has a fixed maximum number of reports per billing period, as stated above.

Subscription billing periods, renewal dates, and report usage are determined by Stripe's actual billing cycle for your subscription, not by the calendar month. Report usage resets when a new billing period begins. Reports included in your plan do not carry over or accumulate between billing periods.

If you reach your plan's report limit during a billing period, you may purchase an additional one-time report or upgrade your plan; Reaixo does not charge you for additional reports without your action. Subscriptions may be managed, upgraded, or canceled at any time through your account. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

AI-Assisted Marketing Content

Reaixo may provide AI-assisted property descriptions, summaries, and content as part of certain features. These outputs are provided as informational starting points and should be reviewed and verified before use.

Reaixo does not guarantee that any content will produce specific results or outcomes.

User Responsibilities

By using Reaixo, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or requests
• Review and verify AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it
• Comply with applicable real estate, fair housing, advertising, and professional licensing laws
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the platform or its infrastructure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reaixo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on AI-generated content, property analysis outputs, marketing materials, or any other feature of the service.

Reaixo does not guarantee property values, market outcomes, investment returns, sale prices, rental income, renovation costs, lead volumes, or any other performance outcome.

Changes to These Terms

Reaixo may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
